First and foremost, I hope that you and yours continue to stay healthy and safe during these strange days...
I also hope you are also looking forward to three short weeks from now, when we will once again collect on the idyllic shores of Glenbrook Cove to enjoy good company, great food and drink, and reconnect with the best of friends.
As always, we extend a heartfelt "Thank You" to Mike and the Adams/Cook families for the privilege to once again enjoy their beautiful Tahoe home, and all of the warmth and tranquility that comes with it.
More than ever, I'm looking forward to seeing all of you and catching up. And for those who cannot join this year, we shall certainly miss you and glasses will be raised to our absent friends with the hopes that you will be among us next year!

TRAVEL NOTE
Starting September 18 a reconstruction project will begin on Hwy 50, that is expected to last through Oct. 2, the Friday of the Yuke weekend. Here is a link to more information, but it seems that 80 will be the best bet for both coming to, and leaving the Yuke that weekend.
We are all looking forward to a great weekend, and the pandemic is still very much a part of all of our lives. As we outlined in the first "save the date" note, those of us planning to attend the Yuke this year will be responsible for our own level of comfort and safety.
Choices such as masks, 6ft distance, getting tested prior to coming up, etc., are ones each individual will make, not mandated to the group.
If you have any sense of being ill prior to coming up, please cancel, stay home and get better. Also along those lines, if you have real concerns about getting Covid-19, you may also want to skip this year. - there are just too many variables for us to make any assurances.
With all that in mind - no harm, no foul for a last-minute cancellation!
I've babbled on long enough - thanks for putting up with me. If you have any questions, send me a note or call me on my cell - 818/822-2795.
Really looking forward to seeing each of you and enjoying our annual time together. What a gift we are able to enjoy!
Safe travels from wherever you may be coming from, my friends - I'll see you on the deck.
